Christina Carlson is General Counsel at HI-Bio. Prior to joining HI-Bio, Christina served as Vice President, Corporate Legal and Assistant Secretary at Gilead Sciences where she led a legal team supporting operations in the United States and Latin America. During her time at Gilead, she advised on corporate governance matters and was involved in the structuring and execution of numerous acquisitions, divestitures and strategic collaborations. She started her career at the law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

Christina received her J.D. from Santa Clara University Law School and a bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from the University of California, Davis.
