David Schisla is the Vice President of Chemistry Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) at HI-Bio. He has extensive experience in process development, manufacturing and supply chain. Most recently David built and led CMC functions at Parvus Therapeutics and Exelixis to progress biological drugs from discovery through development. 

He also held multiple positions at Abbott Laboratories and AbbVie, where he led a technical group to support the manufacturing of immunoassay components and later a program management group for HUMIRA® supply chain, and finally was a CMC lead for biotherapeutics ranging from pre-IND to licensure. David holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin and a PhD from the University of Minnesota, both in Chemical Engineering.
